Established in 2003, we have years of experience and expertise under our belt allowing us to give our clients knowledgeable advice as well as what we deem a first-class service. Find more about us and our company history! Arcadia, deriving from the Greek meaning pastoral paradise, was founded by Chris and Linda O’Keefe. Arcadia offers a premium property management service coupled with luxury villa rentals. Having spent many family holidays in the Algarve, husband and wife duo had the first-hand experience of the welcoming region of Portugal.

Arcadia Luxury Villas is now a well-established brand within the Golden Triangle property scene.

What we offer is entirely bespoke, as we appreciate everyone has different tastes and requirements.Our services include but are not limited to, offering property owners the management of their home as if it were our own.

Also, providing luxury villa holiday rentals with a personalized booking experience. Our rental team hand selects the most suitable property and ensures they are cared for every step of the way.

I have been with Arcadia since we purchased our Villa in 2005. The staff have always made sure my stays have been seamless and smooth, keeping in touch when I am not in the country, to make sure each visit went without a hiccup. I now spend most of my time in the Algarve and still rely on their support, nothing is too much trouble for what I think are the best team yet.

Chris and his team have over 15 years experience of the property market in Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo. This and their prompt attention to detail give guests a high standard of service and help to ensure a stress free holiday.

We have always found dealings with Arcadia Luxury Villas to be very polite and friendly, run smoothly and are stress free. Everything has been as promised and the villa we’ve rented. (same one used twice), has been superb.

Cleaning service

As well as our property management team performing regular villa check ups, we can arrange our reliable cleaning staff to visit your property at a convenient time for you. Other services which can be arranged include dry cleaning, ironing, upholstery cleaning and window cleaning.

Pool & Garden maintenance

We take good care of the outside of your property by working with the region’s tried and tested garden and swimming pool maintenance companies.

MEET AND GREET

Our rentals team ensures a seamless arrival by coordinating, in advance, your entire party’s flight details with our on-site greeters. Guests are given a introductory tour to your Villa, ensuring you are able to enjoy all of its facilities, you will also be given important contact numbers and a dossier on the surrounding areas.

CAR HIRE

If you decide to rent a vehicle during your holiday, we will recommend one of our preferred suppliers and we would even be happy to make the booking for you. Our established contacts know our homes and many will deliver your car straight to the villa enabling you to settle in without any added delay to the enjoyment of your time away.

VILLA PRE-STOCKING

Arriving late? No time to go shopping? Leave it to us!
Send us a list of your favourite snacks and beverages and we’ll have them waiting for you in the fridge when you arrive at the villa. If you would like a welcome pack or a pre-prepared meal, we can also organize it for you!
