Villa Almond is a lovely four bedroom villa located in Varandas do Lago, nestled between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago and the lovely beaches and facilities both resorts have to offer.
OVERVIEW
Villa Almond is a beautiful and spacious villa built in 3 levels and has four bedrooms, five bathrooms and a capacity up to eight people. This stunning villa is set in a peaceful area and with easy access to the Algarvian beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, golf courses and activities.
The fully fitted kitchen has all you need for a holiday home away from home, such as fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob and a dining table with four seats. The kitchen leads nicely to the open plan living/dining area. The lounge area is spacious and has plenty of sitting space, features a fireplace and a flat-screen TV with full UK Sky Tv including all sports, plus other international channels. The dining seats up to 8 people and also has a flat-screen tv. Sliding doors lead to the covered outdoor terrace where you can enjoy some alfresco BBQ meals and days lounging by your private swimming pool.
The Villa boasts four en-suite bedrooms, and all features its own built-in wardrobes, double glazing, air conditioning. Bedroom one is the master bedroom with a king-sized room and direct access to the terrace. Bedroom two and three are both double bedrooms and bedroom four is a twin bedroom. All designed in a simple yet tasteful way.
Aside from days spent by the pool guests can be entertained in the lower level that features a home cinema area, games room with a ping pong table, pool table and a football table. Also has an indoor putting green where you can practice a bit of golf.
This is also the perfect villa for winter and early spring (golfers in particular), as it has underfloor heating and heaters in all the bedrooms and lounge area, a gas fire in the lounge and also outside heaters so that you can still enjoy a BBQ or alfresco dining. Some extras will require an extra fee.
Outside, the big and private swimming pool can be heated upon request (extra fee), with plenty of sun loungers, an exterior shower and the pool has a manual cover and. There is a charcoal BBQ available and an exterior dining table where you can enjoy a meal or a cocktail.
This villa is a 10-15 minute walk distance from the nearest beach, 5-minute drive from the golf course and 20 minutes away from the Faro airport.

Security Deposit
This villa is subject to a refundable ‘Damage Deposit’. This is a fixed amount of €1500 and is payable at least 6 weeks prior to arrival date.
Any damage caused to the property must be reported immediately and any damage cost will be deducted from your security deposit. Apart from obvious damages, the replacement costs of towels and linen which have been damaged during your stay will also be deducted from the damage deposit. Damages include makeup stains, stains deriving from sun tanning lotions etc
Following your departure, the Property Management Team will inspect the property and you will be informed of any issues identified. If no issues are detected, your security deposit will be returned in full within 10 business days.
Terms and Conditions
For all rentals, a securing deposit must be paid at the time of booking. This is 25% of the total booking value. All such deposits are non-refundable. The final balance is to be paid up until 12 weeks before arrival.
1.) Reservation process:
Booking is reserved upon receiving 25 % of the total amount to our designated client bank account. This amount has to be paid within 48 hours of having received our reservation confirmation; otherwise, your chosen property will be made available again to other holidaymakers during the specified dates.
2.) Booking confirmation:
Booking is confirmed upon receiving the balance of 75% of the total amount to our designated client bank account, payable latest 42 days (6 weeks) before arrival day or as stipulated on the booking form. Failure of paying the balance payment may result in the loss of your deposit payment and we will make the property available again for other holidaymakers at a reduced rate.
3.) Maximum allowance of people staying at any property:
2 Persons per bedroom is the maximum allowance of people staying at the property unless otherwise agreed. Should more than the maximum allowance of guests stay at the property at any time; we have the right to request the removal of the additional person(s) and charge additional fees for the extra person. Unless previously explicitly otherwise agreed, we do not accept groups of young people under the age of 25 years, bachelor parties, Weddings and other events that can cause more than reasonably expected wear and tear to the property.

- Only registered guests for the reservation may occupy the property at any time
- No events or parties can be held at any property unless authorised prior with written consent from Arcadia Luxury Villas
