Villa Cherry (VA77)
Villa Cherry is a recently built 3 + 1 bedroom villa located in Vilas Alvas located between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. Set in a quiet road close to the magnificent beaches of Quinta do Lago. The resort of Dunas Douradas is only a few minutes drive.
Villa Cherry has two levels. On the ground floor, the entrance leads to an open-plan living area and kitchen. The comfortable lounge area has plenty of sitting space, there is also a flat-screen TV with English channels and a fireplace. Sliding doors give access to the pool area. Between the lounge and kitchen, we have the dining table that seats up to 8 people.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences including a microwave, dishwasher, hob, and fridge/freezer.
The villa has three plus a studio with a sofa bed. On the ground floor, bedroom one has twin beds, an en-suite bathroom, and doors leading to a terrace. Bedroom two has twin beds and en-suite bathroom. studio with a sofa bed can be turned into a bedroom with a private bathroom. Bedroom 3 is on the first floor of the villa. It has a large double bed, en-suite bathroom and doors leading to a large balcony with views over the Algarve.
Outside there is a south-facing pool, that can be heated against an extra charge, equipped with lounges. On the first floor, there is a BBQ and a dining area to enjoy some al-fresco meals and garden furniture to enjoy the sun.
The Villa also features air-con and Wi-Fi.
A really nice family villa including a great location and is located twenty minutes drive from Faro airport.

Arrival and Departure
This villa is subject to a refundable ‘Damage Deposit’. This is a fixed amount of €1500 and is payable at least 6 weeks prior to arrival date.
Any damage caused to the property must be reported immediately and any damage cost will be deducted from your security deposit. Apart from obvious damages, the replacement costs of towels and linen which have been damaged during your stay will also be deducted from the damage deposit. Damages include makeup stains, stains deriving from sun tanning lotions etc
Following your departure, the Property Management Team will inspect the property and you will be informed of any issues identified. If no issues are detected, your security deposit will be returned in full within 10 business days.
Terms and Conditions
For all rentals, a securing deposit must be paid at the time of booking. This is 25% of the total booking value. All such deposits are non-refundable. The final balance is to be paid up until 12 weeks before arrival.
1.) Reservation process:
Booking is reserved upon receiving 25 % of the total amount to our designated client bank account. This amount has to be paid within 48 hours of having received our reservation confirmation; otherwise, your chosen property will be made available again to other holidaymakers during the specified dates.
2.) Booking confirmation:
Booking is confirmed upon receiving the balance of 75% of the total amount to our designated client bank account, payable latest 42 days (6 weeks) before arrival day or as stipulated on the booking form. Failure of paying the balance payment may result in the loss of your deposit payment and we will make the property available again for other holidaymakers at a reduced rate.
3.) Maximum allowance of people staying at any property:
2 Persons per bedroom is the maximum allowance of people staying at the property unless otherwise agreed. Should more than the maximum allowance of guests stay at the property at any time; we have the right to request the removal of the additional person(s) and charge additional fees for the extra person. Unless previously explicitly otherwise agreed, we do not accept groups of young people under the age of 25 years, bachelor parties, Weddings and other events that can cause more than reasonably expected wear and tear to the property.

- Only registered guests for the reservation may occupy the property at any time
- No events or parties can be held at any property unless authorised prior with written consent from Arcadia Luxury Villas
