Villa Coconut is a superbly appointed four bedroom Villa with all the furnishings and facilities for a great family holiday. Located in the desirable area of Encosta do Lago and walking distance to the lake, where you can enjoy water-sports, the beach, and the ever-popular Shack -bar-bistro and the dining experience of Casa do Lago restaurant.
OVERVIEW
Villa Coconut boasts an amazing outdoor sunny pool with stunning sun loungers for those who want to soak up some of that lovely Algarvian Sun.
Villa Coconut is a beautiful and well-decorated villa laid out over three floors. Entering the Villa, we have direct access to the spacious and comfortable lounge and dining area. The lounge area has plenty of sitting space, a burning wood fireplace and a flat-screen TV. The dining area has a modern feel and seats up to 8 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, hob, coffee machine, American style fridge/freezer and a center island.
Also, on the ground floor, there are two bedrooms. Bedroom one is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and has direct access to an exterior area with garden furniture where you can enjoy your breakfast. Bedroom two is a double bedroom (twin beds) also with an en-suite bathroom.
Stairs lead to the first floor, where the two remaining rooms are located. Bedroom three is the Master bedroom, with a double bed, a big en-suite bathroom and a private terrace with stunning views over Quinta. Bedroom four is a double bedroom (twin beds) with an en-suite bathroom and a small private terrace.
Down the stairs on the lower level, on the left, there is an open plan room, with a lounge/dining area plus a small kitchen. This area has plenty of sitting space and a flat-screen TV. Sliding doors lead to the outdoor and swimming pool.
There is direct access to the swimming pool and a bathroom with a shower right next to it. The swimming pool can be heated upon request (extra fee) and also features sun loungers. There is also a BBQ.
The Villa is fully air-conditioned and also has Wi-fi.
Is close by is the new Quinta do Lago Sports Center, with wonderful world-class facilities. The Campus hosts a state of the art gym, spa, outdoor heated swimming pool, tennis courts, paddle courts, football pitch and the ever-popular restaurant/bar Dano’s.
The location of this stunning Villa really is great for those who love to be within walking distance of all the main facilities that the five star Quinta do Lago resort has to offer.

Security Deposit
This villa is subject to a refundable ‘Damage Deposit’. This is a fixed amount of €XXX and is payable at least 6 weeks prior to arrival date.
Any damage caused to the property must be reported immediately and any damage cost will be deducted from your security deposit. Apart from obvious damages, the replacement costs of towels and linen which have been damaged during your stay will also be deducted from the damage deposit. Damages include makeup stains, stains deriving from sun tanning lotions etc
Following your departure, the Property Management Team will inspect the property and you will be informed of any issues identified. If no issues are detected, your security deposit will be returned in full within 10 business days.
Terms and Conditions
For all rentals, a securing deposit must be paid at the time of booking. This is 25% of the total booking value. All such deposits are non-refundable. The final balance is to be paid up until 12 weeks before arrival.
1.) Reservation process:
Booking is reserved upon receiving 25 % of the total amount to our designated client bank account. This amount has to be paid within 48 hours of having received our reservation confirmation; otherwise, your chosen property will be made available again to other holidaymakers during the specified dates.
2.) Booking confirmation:
Booking is confirmed upon receiving the balance of 75% of the total amount to our designated client bank account, payable latest 42 days (6 weeks) before arrival day or as stipulated on the booking form. Failure of paying the balance payment may result in the loss of your deposit payment and we will make the property available again for other holidaymakers at a reduced rate.
3.) Maximum allowance of people staying at any property:
2 Persons per bedroom is the maximum allowance of people staying at the property unless otherwise agreed. Should more than the maximum allowance of guests stay at the property at any time; we have the right to request the removal of the additional person(s) and charge additional fees for the extra person. Unless previously explicitly otherwise agreed, we do not accept groups of young people under the age of 25 years, bachelor parties, Weddings and other events that can cause more than reasonably expected wear and tear to the property.

- Only registered guests for the reservation may occupy the property at any time
- No events or parties can be held at any property unless authorised prior with written consent from Arcadia Luxury Villas
