On the ground floor, the fully equipped kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and toaster, also features a breakfast bar with 2 seats. Next to the kitchen, there is a spacious open plan lounge with ample comfortable seating and dining table with seating for 6. In the lounge area, there is a wood-burning fireplace, a DVD player, a flat-screen TV with Dutch and UK channels. Sliding doors lead out onto the pretty terrace and outdoor dining area with seating for 6 people. The private pool has approx. 4mx2m and there is a child safety gate.
Bedroom one and two are located on the ground floor. Bedroom one has twin beds and an ensuite bathroom with shower. It has views over the golf course and there is also a separate family bathroom with shower. Bedroom two also has twin beds and has views to the gardens. It uses the shared family bathroom. There is also a cloakroom toilet. Both bedrooms can be made up as doubles if required.
The master bedroom is on the first floor, has a double bed and with en-suite with bath and separate shower. Sliding doors lead out to a private sun terrace with spectacular sea and golf views.
