Villa Day Lily


Set in a luxury gated community Villa Day Lily is a stunning and contemporary villa, equipped to a high standard, which offers a spacious and luxurious setting. Located just five minutes from the beach and golf courses of Quinta do Lago. The interior is spacious, open plan and modern, exuding subtle and sophisticated elegance. The four contemporary bedrooms all have bathrooms en suite and open out onto patios, terraces and the pool.



Entering the villa, the outstanding door opens out to a spectacular, split level living space with a lounge, kitchen and dining area on the ground floor level. Huge full length slinging windows reveal stunning views and can be opened to the pool to create a feeling of indoor/outdoor living.

The living area is an open-plan space with stone floors throughout with a slate wall feature and follows a modern black and white themed furniture. The kitchen has a large central island and includes a wine cooler, coffee machine, electric hobs, microwave, oven, dishwasher and integrated fridge/freezer. After the kitchen, we have an impressive dining area, complete with a circular dining table, flat-screen TV and a beautiful fish tank.

On the first floor, we have 2 double bedrooms. Bedroom one is a double room with a separate dressing area, en suite shower room and wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Bedroom two is a double room with a separate dressing area, en suite shower room, wall-mounted flat-screen TV and doors to a terrace overlooking the pool.

On the second floor, we have the Master bedroom and bedroom four. The Master bedroom is a double room with a large dressing room, flat-screen TV, ultra-contemporary en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower unit and doors to the excellent main terrace overlooking the pool, furnished with comfy seating. Bedroom four is a double room with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, separate dressing area, en suite shower room and doors to the main terrace.

Stairs lead to the 3rd floor of the property, where we have the roof terrace and a Jacuzzi.

The swimming pool and terrace areas are wonderful areas to spend the day. The pool has unusual features and can be heated on request (extra fee). There is 8 sunbeds ideal for enjoying the Algarve sunshine. Near the pool there is a covered area where meals can be enjoyed al-fresco, cooked on the gas BBQ.

The basement is finished in the same quality as the house itself. There is a glass wall giving light from the swimming pool. The furnishings throughout are of the highest quality and standard. A cinema room with blu ray DVD player, ping pong table, pool table, steam room and shower.  In the basement, there is also a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Quinta Verde sits within the area known as the “Golden Triangle”. Located in the central Algarve and only twenty minutes drive from Faro International airport. The Triangle incorporates the exclusive developments of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo together with the soon to be built 6-star Conrad Hotel. The area is renowned for its manicured golf courses, sophisticated cuisine, stretches of golden beaches and a variety of entertainment facilities and is a haven offering all the ingredients to enjoy a truly luxurious lifestyle.

        Entry time on day of arrival is not before 4pm/16h00 (unless otherwise agreed); The property must be left at latest 10am/10h00 on the day of departure. The non compliance of the check out time, if not previously agreed, will be charged as 1 daily rate (check out/check in often occur on the same day and the time between those is essential for villa preparation).

        Security Deposit

        This villa is subject to a refundable ‘Damage Deposit’. This is a fixed amount of €1500 and is payable at least 6 weeks prior to arrival date.

        Any damage caused to the property must be reported immediately and any damage cost will be deducted from your security deposit. Apart from obvious damages, the replacement costs of towels and linen which have been damaged during your stay will also be deducted from the damage deposit. Damages include makeup stains, stains deriving from sun tanning lotions etc

        Following your departure, the Property Management Team will inspect the property and you will be informed of any issues identified. If no issues are detected, your security deposit will be returned in full within 10 business days.

        Terms and Conditions

        For all rentals, a securing deposit must be paid at the time of booking. This is 25% of the total booking value. All such deposits are non-refundable. The final balance is to be paid up until 12 weeks before arrival.

        1.) Reservation process:
        Booking is reserved upon receiving 25 % of the total amount to our designated client bank account. This amount has to be paid within 48 hours of having received our reservation confirmation; otherwise, your chosen property will be made available again to other holidaymakers during the specified dates.

        2.) Booking confirmation:
        Booking is confirmed upon receiving the balance of 75% of the total amount to our designated client bank account, payable latest 42 days (6 weeks) before arrival day or as stipulated on the booking form. Failure of paying the balance payment may result in the loss of your deposit payment and we will make the property available again for other holidaymakers at a reduced rate.

        3.) Maximum allowance of people staying at any property:
        2 Persons per bedroom is the maximum allowance of people staying at the property unless otherwise agreed. Should more than the maximum allowance of guests stay at the property at any time; we have the right to request the removal of the additional person(s) and charge additional fees for the extra person. Unless previously explicitly otherwise agreed, we do not accept groups of young people under the age of 25 years, bachelor parties, Weddings and other events that can cause more than reasonably expected wear and tear to the property.

        • Only registered guests for the reservation may occupy the property at any time
        • No events or parties can be held at any property unless authorised prior with written consent from Arcadia Luxury Villas
