OUTSIDE SPACE

The garden’s lush landscaping nods to the tropical for a zen-like vibe and the heated (at an extra cost) 15-meter pool with electric safety cover, toddler area and shallow sun lounging section is perfect for paddlers, swimmers and sunseekers alike. The poolside sundeck and sunken area provide plenty of seating to enjoy lazy afternoons and long summer evenings with family and friends.

From the 180m2 roof terrace experience 360-degree views of golf, hills and distant sea and catch a beautiful Algarvian sunset perhaps with a drink from the 5-meter long dining and roof bar. Serious sunbathers will enjoy the roof sundeck and cool down in the large shaded roof seating zone.

There are plenty of extras in the villa including a state-of-the-art 4k and Atmos home cinema with a 3-meter wide screen, an entertainment zone including a pool table, luxury bar, lounge area and Technogym equipped gym with a flat-screen TV. A smart sound system covers the garden, terraces and has speakers in every room throughout.

The two-person home office provides a quiet haven if a little work from home is required.

High-quality towels, linens, toiletries and bathrobes will be part of this unique experience.

LIVING AREAS

The generously sized ground floor living areas include an open plan sleek kitchen with a 5-meter island, a stunning double-height dining area and a 60m2 lounge with a flat-screen TV, a see-through double aspect fireplace and a double-height feature slate wall with a glass feature ceiling.

Retractable sliding windows disappear into a slate wall, seamlessly joining the inside living areas with the terraces, garden and pool, which offer plenty of scope to lounge, dine and cook al-fresco. A high spec BBQ, burner and all-important drinks fridge are found in the well-equipped, covered outdoor kitchen.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

Climb the suspended stairs to the first floor to find the spacious master suite with a super king-size bed,  bathroom, dressing room, balcony terrace and lovely views over the golf course and green.

Three further en-suite bedrooms on this floor provide king-size beds and balconies overlooking the garden and golf.

The ground floor offers two en-suite bedrooms with king-size beds, walk-in wardrobes and private terraces overlooking their own garden area.

        Entry time on day of arrival is not before 4pm/16h00 (unless otherwise agreed); The property must be left at latest 10am/10h00 on the day of departure. The non compliance of the check out time, if not previously agreed, will be charged as 1 daily rate (check out/check in often occur on the same day and the time between those is essential for villa preparation).

        Security Deposit

        This villa is subject to a refundable ‘Damage Deposit’. This is a fixed amount of €2000 and is payable at least 6 weeks prior to arrival date.

        Any damage caused to the property must be reported immediately and any damage cost will be deducted from your security deposit. Apart from obvious damages, the replacement costs of towels and linen which have been damaged during your stay will also be deducted from the damage deposit. Damages include makeup stains, stains deriving from sun tanning lotions etc

        Following your departure, the Property Management Team will inspect the property and you will be informed of any issues identified. If no issues are detected, your security deposit will be returned in full within 10 business days.

        Terms and Conditions

        For all rentals, a securing deposit must be paid at the time of booking. This is 25% of the total booking value. All such deposits are non-refundable. The final balance is to be paid up until 12 weeks before arrival.

        1.) Reservation process:
        Booking is reserved upon receiving 25 % of the total amount to our designated client bank account. This amount has to be paid within 48 hours of having received our reservation confirmation; otherwise, your chosen property will be made available again to other holidaymakers during the specified dates.

        2.) Booking confirmation:
        Booking is confirmed upon receiving the balance of 75% of the total amount to our designated client bank account, payable latest 42 days (6 weeks) before arrival day or as stipulated on the booking form. Failure of paying the balance payment may result in the loss of your deposit payment and we will make the property available again for other holidaymakers at a reduced rate.

        3.) Maximum allowance of people staying at any property:
        2 Persons per bedroom is the maximum allowance of people staying at the property unless otherwise agreed. Should more than the maximum allowance of guests stay at the property at any time; we have the right to request the removal of the additional person(s) and charge additional fees for the extra person. Unless previously explicitly otherwise agreed, we do not accept groups of young people under the age of 25 years, bachelor parties, Weddings and other events that can cause more than reasonably expected wear and tear to the property.
