The villa is built on 2 levels, on ground level a fully fitted kitchen and all the modern appliances; sitting / dining room with large digital TV, this has UK satellite channels, HI-FI system, wood burning stove and patios doors leading to the terrace.
Also at this level there is a double and twin bedroom with shared bathroom.
Upstairs there is a double main bedroom and a twin bedroom both with en suite bathrooms, large terrace with stunning views from the ocean.
Due to the setting, the villa faces the ocean and at the same time offers much privacy for sun bathing in the terrace around the swimming pool as well on the large top floor terrace. Pool 7m x 9m approx, heatable at extra cost per day (minimum booking 7 days). Access to the pool is by Roman Steps.
The pool is an infinity design and is surrounded by an additional wall offering further privacy. The new garden terrace is furnished with ‘4 Seasons Madoura’ outdoor furniture. Portable BBQ.
