Villa Valente is a spacious five-bedroom villa located in Quinta do Mar, between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago at just 1km from the beach. It is the last house of the urbanization and as such has no passing by cars. It is decorated tastefully and in a comfortable way with everything you will need for a great family holiday.
OVERVIEW
Villa Valente has a total of five bedrooms, six bathrooms and ten beds, where a maximum of 14 people can sleep.
The lounge area is spacious, comfortable and bright with plenty of sitting space, this area features a flat-screen TV with English channels, a burning wood fireplace and direct access to the exterior and pool area. This villa has a practical fully equipped kitchen with a central island, complete with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, electric hob, coffee machine and other indispensable accessories. The adjacent dining area has a table and seats up to 6-8 people.
On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms. Bedroom one has a super king bed and an en-suite private bathroom with bath and shower. Bedroom two is a twin bedroom with an en-suite private bathroom with bath and shower. Both have access to the exterior and air-conditioned. At ground floor level there’s an extra WC.
On the first floor, bedroom three is the master bedroom and has a super king-size bed, a TV, an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower column and direct access to the balcony. Bedroom four has a king bed and an en-suite private bathroom with bath and shower. Bedroom five is located on the lower level and has 4 single beds and a private bathroom with shower.
On the first floor, between the 2 bedrooms, there’s a cosy space with a sofa bed that can sleep an extra 2 persons.
This villa also features an integrated sound system that runs throughout the house and can be controlled individually in each room to play local radio stations. The air conditioning is central and provides cold or heat for the whole house except for the basement area which is generally cooler in Summer.
The basement is the leisure area/game room, with a pool table, a table tennis table and a football table.
The swimming pool has approximately 9 meters in length by 4.5 meters wide and an artificial waterfall running directly to the pool, also an additional Jacuzzi fit for 4 persons or more. The pool depths vary from 0,75 meters by the stairs up until 1.6 meters by the deepest end. The pool can be heated upon request (extra fee). Outside there are few sun loungers and exterior furniture such as a dining table and chairs (up to 12 people) and also a charcoal BBQ.
There’s secure parking space for 3 or more cars inside the property. Our guests can also freely use the nearby tennis court that belongs to the condominium.

Security Deposit
This villa is subject to a refundable ‘Damage Deposit’. This is a fixed amount of €1500 and is payable at least 6 weeks prior to arrival date.
Any damage caused to the property must be reported immediately and any damage cost will be deducted from your security deposit. Apart from obvious damages, the replacement costs of towels and linen which have been damaged during your stay will also be deducted from the damage deposit. Damages include makeup stains, stains deriving from sun tanning lotions etc
Following your departure, the Property Management Team will inspect the property and you will be informed of any issues identified. If no issues are detected, your security deposit will be returned in full within 10 business days.
Terms and Conditions
For all rentals, a securing deposit must be paid at the time of booking. This is 25% of the total booking value. All such deposits are non-refundable. The final balance is to be paid up until 12 weeks before arrival.
1.) Reservation process:
Booking is reserved upon receiving 25 % of the total amount to our designated client bank account. This amount has to be paid within 48 hours of having received our reservation confirmation; otherwise, your chosen property will be made available again to other holidaymakers during the specified dates.
2.) Booking confirmation:
Booking is confirmed upon receiving the balance of 75% of the total amount to our designated client bank account, payable latest 42 days (6 weeks) before arrival day or as stipulated on the booking form. Failure of paying the balance payment may result in the loss of your deposit payment and we will make the property available again for other holidaymakers at a reduced rate.
3.) Maximum allowance of people staying at any property:
2 Persons per bedroom is the maximum allowance of people staying at the property unless otherwise agreed. Should more than the maximum allowance of guests stay at the property at any time; we have the right to request the removal of the additional person(s) and charge additional fees for the extra person. Unless previously explicitly otherwise agreed, we do not accept groups of young people under the age of 25 years, bachelor parties, Weddings and other events that can cause more than reasonably expected wear and tear to the property.

- Only registered guests for the reservation may occupy the property at any time
- No events or parties can be held at any property unless authorised prior with written consent from Arcadia Luxury Villas
