Villa Vine is an elegant and traditional four bedroom villa situated within Vale do Lobo, in between the exclusive Dunas Douradas resort and Julia’s beach.
OVERVIEW
Villa Vine has a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge and more. In the corner next to the terrace doors, there is a beautiful breakfast table surrounded by windows, the ideal place for the first meal of the day. The kitchen also has an island in the middle.
The spacious lounge has plenty of sitting space, a flat-screen TV (German and English) with audio system and also features a wood-burning fireplace. There is direct access to the covered terraces and garden featuring a breathtaking sea view.
Also on the ground floor is the dining room with a table up to 8 people. There is a guest cloakroom, a snug room also including a fireplace and cable TV and 2 bedrooms. The double bedroom and twin bedroom include fitted wardrobes, share a bathroom and have access to a separate kitchenette, a seating and dining area.
On the first floor are the remaining bedrooms. The master suite is ensuite and features a spacious shared terrace. The master guest bedroom is also en-suite and features fitted wardrobes, a fireplace and a shared terrace.
On the lower level includes a sauna, steam room, gymnasium and games area featuring a Ping Pong Table. A lift is provided to access all 3 levels and wi-fi is provided throughout.
The exterior is truly unique allowing guests to relax and make the most of their stay. It includes a large heated swimming pool (upon request and requires an extra fee) with cover, landscaped gardens for the sun loungers to enjoy the Algarvian weather, covered terraces with “al-fresco” dining and BBQ area.
Villa Vine allows its guests to experience the fabulous life in the Algarve, being within walking distance to the golden sandy beaches and a short drive from the renowned golf courses and amenities.
Please note: there is only air conditioning in the first floor, the rest of the property uses underfloor cooling to cool the villa. Also, the driveway is slightly steep.

Security Deposit
This villa is subject to a refundable ‘Damage Deposit’. This is a fixed amount of €1500 and is payable at least 6 weeks prior to arrival date.
Any damage caused to the property must be reported immediately and any damage cost will be deducted from your security deposit. Apart from obvious damages, the replacement costs of towels and linen which have been damaged during your stay will also be deducted from the damage deposit. Damages include makeup stains, stains deriving from sun tanning lotions etc
Following your departure, the Property Management Team will inspect the property and you will be informed of any issues identified. If no issues are detected, your security deposit will be returned in full within 10 business days.
Terms and Conditions
For all rentals, a securing deposit must be paid at the time of booking. This is 25% of the total booking value. All such deposits are non-refundable. The final balance is to be paid up until 12 weeks before arrival.
1.) Reservation process:
Booking is reserved upon receiving 25 % of the total amount to our designated client bank account. This amount has to be paid within 48 hours of having received our reservation confirmation; otherwise, your chosen property will be made available again to other holidaymakers during the specified dates.
2.) Booking confirmation:
Booking is confirmed upon receiving the balance of 75% of the total amount to our designated client bank account, payable latest 42 days (6 weeks) before arrival day or as stipulated on the booking form. Failure of paying the balance payment may result in the loss of your deposit payment and we will make the property available again for other holidaymakers at a reduced rate.
3.) Maximum allowance of people staying at any property:
2 Persons per bedroom is the maximum allowance of people staying at the property unless otherwise agreed. Should more than the maximum allowance of guests stay at the property at any time; we have the right to request the removal of the additional person(s) and charge additional fees for the extra person. Unless previously explicitly otherwise agreed, we do not accept groups of young people under the age of 25 years, bachelor parties, Weddings and other events that can cause more than reasonably expected wear and tear to the property.

- Only registered guests for the reservation may occupy the property at any time
- No events or parties can be held at any property unless authorised prior with written consent from Arcadia Luxury Villas
