Entering the villa, the living room is next to the dining area in the same open-plan space. The spacious and comfortable living room offers plenty of sitting space and features a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, DVD, stereo system and Wi-Fi. Sliding doors lead to the exterior dining area, BBQ, garden and the pool.
The kitchen is very large and modern and is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric hob, oven, microwave and all the necessary appliances for your stay. The dining room has a large table and chairs for 8 people. It has direct access to the front and back garden and to the laundry room, equipped with washer and dryer.
On the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms. Bedroom one and two are both twin bedrooms, one of which has a comfortable sofa, air conditioning and both have sliding doors providing direct access to the pool and garden. These two rooms share one bathroom with a shower. Bedroom three has a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub, heated towel rail and air conditioning. There is an additional WC next to the staircase on the ground floor.
On the first floor, bedroom four is the master bedroom, quite large and well-appointed. It has air conditioning, spacious closets and private terraces with panoramic views. It has a private bathroom with a large shower, 2 sinks and towel warmers.
Outside the terrace that runs along the bedrooms and the living room features a dining table, chairs for 8 people and also a gas BBQ for the perfect meal outside while enjoying the fresh air and the beautiful views.
Down by the lawn, at the edge of the plot is the swimming pool (1.40m deep, 6.50 meters long and 3.50 meters wide) that can be heated upon request (extra fee), surrounded by bushes and also with a wonderful view.
This Villa is inserted in a very quiet area and is the perfect property to relax.
